The mechanical room is beside Bay 7. A Key can be borrowed from Bay 7 or Bay 11 (Hans)

Roof access is through Bay 9 (please phone Axis Mechanical 24 hours in advance to arrange access time). In order for us not to be reliable for accidents, only contractors with proof of WCB and insurance are allowed access to the roof.

The building fire suppression was installed by Metro Fire Protection Ltd, (403) 236-8801

Annexation


Here is a letter from the City of Calgary showing that 240040 Frontier Place is NOT part of Calgary annexation plans for the near future (15 years).

This was emailed to  me (Hans) on November 25, 2013 in response to my 311 call.


Good Morning Hans -

I have been sent your 3-1-1 inquiry with respect to annexation.  I understand you are asking when 240040 Frontier Place will be annexed into the City of Calgary.  Currently, the City of Calgary has no active annexation application with any of our neighbour municipalities.  The City of Calgary and Rocky View County have both adopted the Rocky View – Calgary Inter municipal Development Plan  (link below) that shows “Identified City of Calgary Growth Areas”.  These areas represent “lands for possible future annexation from Rocky View County to The City of Calgary”.  The subject lands (240040 Frontier Place) are NOT included in this area.  This means that they are not likely to be considered as part of Calgary’s next annexation application.

They are equipped to remove snow, cut grass and many other things we need done.
